With the technology we have available in our shop, we can quickly prototype various shapes to make architectural concrete wall panels out of High Performance Concrete.
For this panel, we used the CNC to create the fluted design in a sheet of MDF. Next we had the machined panel sent to be thermo-foiled. When it returned to our shop, we applied a layer of mold release and cast our GFRC mix right onto the panel.
